‘Health is Wealth’ I don’t know who said these words but these are true. You cannot do any work properly if you don’t have good or better health. We should never careless about our health but if you don’t give proper attention to your health then it can be very harmful for you. For better health you can follow just simple tips also which I am going to write ahead. By follow these you can enjoy well and better health. Which steps I am going to write those are simple and common tips of health?
1. Take proper sleep to become energetic. A man can’t work properly without a sweet sleep. Adults need about eight hours of sleep each night.
2. Do work in a proper way and it should be according to your capacity.
3. Take morning walk daily because it fresh our mind, body and heart. Yoga is the best way to improve your health because it improves man strength.Yoga helps achieve our goal to reach our utmost potential and experience good health and happiness.
4. Try to become tension free because a man always does wrong decisions in a worried mind. Always make a decision with full confidence.
5. Make your mind in doing interesting work instead of wasting time.
6. Don’t read books at all time because it bored us so playing games also because games make us physical and mentally strong.
7. Drink water daily as much as you can because it is necessary for health .Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily. It also helps in regulating the body temperature .
8. Don’t use drugs because it harms our lungs, kidney and heart. Excessive use of alcohol harms our body.
9. Take breakfast daily but in less quantity. Take meal on right time and Take less fast food and trying to avoid it. Try to have fresh food because it will make you more energetic and have your food in peaceful manner. Make only little bit of use of carbohydrates ,minerals, fat .
10.The best way that a man can do in an easy way is to be happy. Watch funny movies, comedy shows and meet up with people who are positive and happy. we have to try to stay away from negativity. hope u like it.
